RESERVATION

To make your reservation you must complete the booking form online.

The reservation fee is 30% of the total stay. (No reservations accepted without payment of reservation fee).

All credit card transactions are performed by the Cyberpac payment system, which implements SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and follows the standard 3D Secure Visa and Master Card. Subject to an absolute guarantee of confidentiality and security.

The reservation will only be confirmed when METROPOLI RENT receives the reservation fee and notifies you via email.

Minimum stay is 3 days.

RATES

The rate of each apartment depends on the size, number of guests and location. The fee varies depending on the length of your stay; we have daily, weekly and monthly fees. The rates are displayed in the rate tools and also in the reservation form online.
 
All rates are for fully equipped apartments, which include: furniture, bedding, towels, water, electricity and gas.

PAYMENT - DEPOSIT

The remaining balance with the deposit will be paid on arrival by cash.
 
The deposit’s amount depends on the apartment selected, the number of guests, days of staying (it varies from 150 € to 600 €), and acceptance of responsibility for the payment of any damages that exceed the amount of the deposit.

The deposit paid in cash will be paid in full upon departure, after inspection of the unharmed apartment.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

In case of cancellation the deposit for the booking is not refundable but the same may apply to a new booking with the following limitations:
 
- For reservations canceled within a period exceeding 30 days you can use 100% of the deposit.

- For reservations canceled within a period not exceeding 30 days you can use 50% of the deposit.

The change of a booking date or change of an apartment previously reserved is considered a cancellation and charges will apply as above. Considered as a new reservation.

We do not accept cancellations or changes that have not been confirmed in writing, via e-mail or fax.

If METROPOLI RENT cannot get the apartment reserved by you, METROPOLI RENT will accommodate you in another apartment with similar or greater characteristics previously reserved. In the case of not reaching an agreement we will reimburse the amount paid.

BEFORE  ARRIVAL

Three days before your arrival, you must contact us via e-mail, providing the reservation number and your name, confirming the time of your arrival. In case of delay in the time confirmed, please tell us as soon as possible.
 
METROPOLI RENT will reply to you with the phone number of your contact person who will welcome and assist you with the housing. Please print a copy of the e-mail with the reservation and take it with you since it contains all the information you need on arrival.

UPON ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)

The time of entry to the apartment is between 3 pm and 10 pm. If you wish to check-in before the stipulated time, let us know, and if the apartment is available we will try to make it possible for you.

For check-in after 10 pm and on holidays we will charge an extra € 50 in cash. 

At the stipulated arrival time the contact person will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you the keys, explain the operation of appliances and provide temporary rental contract which copies, if you agree, must be signed together with apartment’s inventory.

We will inform you about the city and the area where you will be staying.

ON YOUR  DEPARTURE  (CHECK-OUT)

The departure time is between 8:30 am and 11:00 am.

If you wish to check-out later than 11am, you need to inform us and if there are not other guests arriving the same day you can stay in the apartment until 3pm. For check-out between 3pm and 10pm you will be charged half day extra day and if you check-out after 10pm you will be charged a full extra day.

If you wish to check-out before 8:30am and on holidays you will be charged 50 € in cash or you can do the check out the night before.

You need to let your contact person’s know your check-out date and time the day of arrival; any change needs to be notified the day before your check-out.

The day of the agreed check-out time the contact person will go to the apartment. Once checked the status of it the contact person will handle you the deposit and you will return the apartment’s keys.

Lost keys fee is € 30.

Before departing you need to throw the garbage bags in the street’s garbage containers.

We can call a taxi for your departure from the apartment if you let us know with time.

NUMBER  OF  GUESTS

Children under 2 years, if they do not require a bed, stay free of charge.

Pet animals are usually not allowed, but there are some apartments where the owner upon request and for an additional charge of 10 € and a deposit of 100 € will permit pets. Please, ask us.

The numbers of guests stipulated by you in the reservation form are the only ones allowed. If you wish to modify this information once you have confirmed your reservation let us know and we will apply the extra fee.

The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number of guests assigned to each apartment, except for children under 2 year old.

DURING  YOUR  STAY

If you find something broken, that does not agree with the inventory, or something breaks, please contact us as soon as possible to proceed with the repair and calculate the damage. We will provide you a phone number that you can call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

If during your stay you need advice or recommendations about our city please contact us and we will try to provide you with the information you want.

CLEANING

The apartments will be completely clean when we turn it to you.   A single cleaning fee will be charged depending on the apartment’s size and the number of guests (the amount can be seen on the reservation).

The apartment must be in reasonably clean condition when you turn it to us, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee to you.

CONDITION S OF USE

It is important to respect the neighbors, both inside and outside the apartment, by not making laud conversations or noises.

Between 10 pm and 9 am the law does not permit noises.

It is not allowed to have parties in the apartments.

Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You can do it on the terrace or balcony if the apartment has one. In this case please do not throw the cigarette butts outside.

Always lock the apartment and remember to take the keys before going out.

In order to save energy and help the environment, please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

Please take out the garbage every day especially during the summer months. There are garbage containers on the street.

COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

If you have any complaint or suggestion about our apartments, please let us know via e-mail so we can improve our service.

LITIGATION

The contract you will sign with METROPOLI RENT is a temporary lease for furnished apartments.

In case of any litigation concerning the booking with METROPOLI RENT, only the courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction over such matters.

Only the Spanish law at the moment shall be applied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Neither METROPOLI RENT nor the home owner be liable for any direct or indirect damage incurred during the period of accommodation (without limitation) damages to persons or their property, theft, loss by fire, or behavior.

The person signing the contract, is responsible for the smooth conduct of other persons accompanying him. In case of breach of the above conditions, or inappropriate behavior, METROPOLI RENT at its sole discretion, is entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him, to vacate the apartment, without the customer be entitled to receive any economic compensation or refund of amounts previously paid.

The apartment can only be used for temporary stay, under no circumstances be regarded as residence. It is forbidden to sublet the apartment to others, as well as commercial activities therein.

METROPOLI RENT reserves the right to vary any of this Terms of Use being the client responsible for ensuring the validity of them.
